To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone at Den Berg, we ask all guests to observe the following house rules.

Check-in and check-out
Inchecken
Check-in is available between 15:00 and 23:00, by appointment or via the key box.
Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card.
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance to help make check-in as smooth as possible.
Check-out
Check-out is between 07:00 and 11:00.
Cancellation policy
Individual bookings
The following cancellation conditions apply to standard bookings:
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival
- Cancellation 1 day before arrival: the first night will be charged
- No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival : the full stay will be charged
Group bookings
Bookings of 3 rooms or more are considered group bookings and are subject to different cancellation conditions:
- More than 21 days before arrival: €25 administration fee
- Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the booking cost
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the booking cost
Good to know
- Children and extra beds
Cots and extra beds are not available in the rooms. - Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, including in guest rooms.
- Minimum age
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in on their own. - Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
